PERFORMING MEMBERSHIP ANNUAL DUES

Dues help the association purchase music, instruments, rehearsal and concert venues as well as support young musicians around Michigan.

All incoming and current members will need to pay dues to participate in the WMFA ensemble.

Become A Performing Member Of The West Michigan Flute Association In 5 Easy Steps:

Performing members are a part of the West Michigan Flute Orchestra and may audition for the Great Lakes Flutes Ensemble as well.

  1. Complete the request form (see below)

  2. Audition for the director

  3. Fill out a seasonal commitment form

  4. Pay the annual member dues of $100 or $50 per student* (To be a sustaining member, $200.00 - you will be listed in the program as a sustaining member)

  5. Join us in the Fall and/or Spring for incredible rehearsals, concerts, and events for flutists just like you.

Member dues cover venue costs for rehearsals and concerts, director fees, program printing fees, music purchases, and large instrument purchases. Members who wish can be assigned a large instrument to practice and play at a concert.
